CHAIN (Community Health for Adolescents In Need)

CHAIN provides a range of health services to young people aged from 12 to 24 years (inclusive) including young people who are vulnerable, disadvantaged and homeless or those at risk of disadvantage and homelessness and their families.

Baby CHAIN

Baby CHAIN provides a range of health services to young mothers and their children and young pregnant women aged from 12 to 24 years of age (inclusive) who may be vulnerable, disadvantaged and homeless or at risk of disadvantage and homelessness.

Healthy Active Positive Youth Program (HAPY)

Education and support services, including groups, programs and recreational activities, for young people aged from 12 to 24 years who are vulnerable, disadvantaged and homeless or at risk of disadvantage and homelessness to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

SPIFY - Project for Mental Health

This Program targets vulnerable, disadvantaged and homeless young people aged 12-23 years and those at risk of disadvantage and homelessness. SPIFY provides support to workers in the field of early intervention and liaises between the Community Sector and South Eastern Sydney and Illawarra Area Health - Mental Health Service.
