The EET services at SYFS provide services to young people trying to access training, education and employment opportunities. 

 

Southern Youth Foyer Project

(Incorporating the Illawarra Youth Homelessness Service)

The Illawarra Youth Foyer Project provides medium to long term supported housing for homeless or at risk of homelessness young people aged 16 to 23 years of age inclusive who are in engaged in or preparing to engage in education, training and pre-employment and employment support. .

This Program provides assistance to young people aged 15 to 23 years who are early school leavers and are vulnerable, disadvantaged, homeless or those at risk of disadvantage and homelessness.

NETWORK (Innovations)

NETWORK is a service providing resourcing, personal and educational support to young people who are vulnerable, disadvantaged, homeless or those at risk of disadvantage and homelessness and between the ages of 15 and 24 (inclusive).

Connect-Ed

A Program for young people aged 13 to 19 years who are vulnerable, disadvantaged, homeless or those at risk of disadvantage and homelessness. The Program is also for young people who are disconnected from mainstream schooling and have barriers to re-engaging in education or training. Connect-Ed provides flexible accredited education and training options through a range of community settings.
