Intensive Therapeutic Care Homes (ITCH)

SYFS Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) program provides children and young people with safe and supportive accommodation in a home-like environment.

The ITC program aims to support young people to stabilise and help them to achieve a permanency outcome and/or to transition to a less intensive placement type.

Hours: open 24 hours. Referral via Department of Communities and Justice

The Out of Home Care Service is funded by the NSW Government through the Permanency Support Program by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice
